Cancellation & Return Policy

For your safety, and because your health matters to us, our products are considered sensitive health and consumable products. Therefore, a product cannot be returned or exchanged after it has been opened or used, in order to protect public health and prevent the transmission of any health risks.

Health products are also treated as products of a special nature, so we do not accept returns after the shipment has been received for any reason related to a change of mind or no longer wanting the product.

Cancelling an Order After Confirmation (Before the Shipment Arrives)

If the customer confirms the order and completes payment, and then wishes to cancel the order after it has shipped and before receiving it, the customer bears:

• A cancellation fee of AED 250

This covers administrative fees and the costs of shipping, packaging, logistics and returning the shipment.

The remaining amount is refunded to the customer within a maximum of 30 days, after:

• The shipment is returned to its origin
• The condition of the product is checked and it is confirmed that it has not been opened or used

Important Notes

• Opened or used products cannot be returned.
• Refusing delivery without a reason is not a free right, and the cancellation fee above applies.
• The management reserves the right to update or amend the cancellation and return policy in line with regulations and laws, without prejudice to the consumer's statutory rights.

Customer Consent

• By completing a purchase, the customer fully, explicitly and unconditionally accepts the cancellation and return policy above, and this acceptance is binding on both parties.
