1. Shipping Areas
We ship orders within the United Arab Emirates. You can confirm shipping is available for your address on the checkout page. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Fees
All prices shown in the store are in UAE dirhams and include shipping, and shipping is free with no minimum order within the United Arab Emirates.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is handed to the courier, you'll receive an SMS or email with a link and details to track your shipment.
4. Shipping Details and Refused Delivery
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the details entered (name, mobile number, city, district and street).
Refusing a shipment without a reason is subject to the cancellation fee stated in the Cancellation & Return Policy.
5. Cancellations and Returns
All cancellation, return and exchange requests are subject to the Cancellation & Return Policy.
